Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Basic knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks (training provided for those without prior experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and excellent teamwork abilities
Responsible and trustworthy
Clear background check and drug screening.
Full weekend availability

Nice To Haves

Previous bartending experience or experience in a customer-facing role
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Knowledge of craft cocktails, beers, and wine
Enthusiasm for lakeside living and the boating lifestyle

Responsibilities

Greet all guests warmly within 30 seconds of their arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and guest preferences.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about drink specials and food pairings.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service practices.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
Splits time between bartending and serving as needed to support overall service flow.
Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless dining and drinking experience.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas.
Provide prompt and attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional, swift manner.
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
