ASSEMBLY WOOD SHOP
About The Position
We are looking for candidates with shop/carpenter skills for our crate base assembly department. We would prefer that they have work experience rather than hobby experience, so they have an understanding of a production environment. Quality work done at an efficient pace and good attendance are necessary. They will need to have experience with reading a measuring tape, saws, nail guns, drills, miter saws, print reading, and an eye for quality. Finishing work would be a plus, as it would allow them to work in another area as well. Our current hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm. The base rate is $16.50/hr. If you have a really strong candidate, we will consider a higher rate.
