This role will be responsible for ramping the In-Home ABA Services line. This will involve about 6-12 months of providing direct patient care including completing Initial Assessments and overseeing a caseload of clients, while assisting the team in hiring additional In-Home BCBAs with the goal of transitioning to an oversight-only role within the 6-12 month time frame. In a Clinical Leadership and oversight capacity, the Clinical Director, Home Services would be responsible for direct management of BCBAs and BCaBAs within the department, including creating, implementing, and overseeing training for BCBAs and BTs/RBTs, overseeing clinical KPIs and quality of care measures, providing 1:1 and group clinical support, and generally serving as a strong Leaders who upholds our core values and creates a positive working environment. This position is expected to work closely with the Operations Manager to help make important decisions regarding how the assigned department is run. Requirements

Master’s Degree from an accredited program/university, preferably in one of the following areas: social work, psychology, sociology, education, behavior analysis, or related field of study; required.
Must have a current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB
Current Texas LBA certificate
2-3 years of direct BCBA experience required
1-2 years of direct leadership experience required
Must pass criminal background check
Valid driver’s license required
