About The Position

This is not a traditional BDC role. We are looking for a working manager who produces, leads by example, and drives consistent performance across both sales and service opportunities. This role requires execution across phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up, while working alongside an established remote team and enhancing structure, consistency, and results. We have the tools, partnerships, and lead flow. What we need is discipline, accountability, and execution. Requirements

  • Experience in BDC, internet sales, and high-volume lead management
  • Strong working knowledge of VinSolutions
  • Strong communicator across phone, text, and email
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Self-driven with a high level of accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Mastermind, Impel, or vAuto is a plus (not required)
  • Acura or luxury experience is beneficial, not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound + outbound opportunities across sales and service
  • Execute communication across phone, text, and email
  • Drive outbound efforts to: Current customer base Equity and upgrade opportunities Service-to-sales opportunities
  • Set and confirm high-quality appointments that show and convert
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up cadence and CRM execution (VinSolutions)
  • Work Mastermind opportunities and database mining daily
  • Track and review lead source performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to maximize conversion
  • Reinforce consistency and accountability across all processes
