About The Position

Doug Smith Autoplex is looking for outgoing, customer-oriented individuals to join our business development center. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing information on various makes and models of vehicles, and assisting customers through their vehicle purchasing process. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
Proficient in online communication tools and CRM systems.
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Be a self-starter and exhibit time management skills.
Ready to learn about various makes and models of vehicles.
Outstanding communication skills with customers and team members.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Speaking Spanish, or a second language, is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

Communicate with internet sales leads through phone calls, text messages, and emails and schedule in-person appointments for sales representatives.
Nurture enriching relationships to build a clientele for life.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop knowledge about various vehicles and sales products.
Keep detailed notes about interactions with customers and manage daily tasks.
Create follow up plans for customers and maintain regular communication with them.
Work well individually and with a team.
Bring a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
