This role is the heartbeat of our customer communications, connecting with clients, setting appointments, and helping drive an exceptional dealership experience from the very first interaction. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A friendly, professional, and confident phone presence
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is a plus but we’re willing to train the right person

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Proactively follow up with sales and service leads
  • Schedule appointments efficiently for both sales and service departments
  • Keep our CRM system accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide customers with information on inventory, promotions, and dealership services
  • Support the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Monitor team performance activity and complete monthly reporting
  • Assist with switchboard coverage as needed
