About The Position

Moses Auto Group is a growing auto dealer that empowers its employees to provide great service and build long-lasting relationships with their Customers. You will become an expert and link between our Customers and their future vehicle by assisting with inquiries online and over the phone about vehicles and purchasing options. SIGN ON BONUS TOTALING $2,500 PAID OUT IN FOLLOWING SCHEDULE: $500 immediately upon hire / $1,000 following 60 days / $1,000 following 90 days As a BDC Sales Representative for Moses Honda VW in Huntington, you will be the first point of contact for Customers reaching out to our dealership. You will manage inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, texts) to set appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain excellent customer engagement – all from within a specific Moses vehicle sales showroom. Requirements

  • Education: HS Degree, some college preferred
  • Computer skills: MS Office products
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Initial training will be held in St. Albans

Responsibilities

  • Generate appointments and market to potential Customers via phone, text and email
  • Connect new Customers with appropriate Sales Consultant team member
  • Follow up with Customers and track activity in database
