This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication with potential customers, setting appointments for the sales department, and delivering a professional first impression of our dealership. Requirements

  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and experience working with CRM systems preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to potential customers and previous inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system
  • Provide product information and answer basic questions about vehicles and dealership services
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team
  • Deliver a guest-first customer experience in every interaction
