About The Position

Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a growing dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and a top-tier automotive experience. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our team and help manage inbound and outbound service appointments while providing excellent communication with our customers. The Service BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and supporting the service department by maintaining strong communication with our clients.

Requirements

• Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and CRM skills

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and respond to internet inquiries
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
• Perform outbound calls for service reminders, follow-ups, and campaigns
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Assist with service marketing initiatives and retention efforts
