About The Position
Looking for a meaningful part-time job with flexible hours? Start your journey in behavioral health- no prior experience required! With a high school diploma (or equivalent), you'll receive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one. Adventure ABA, LLC is looking for compassionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Behavioral Technicians for Autism in San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Florence, and nearby communities. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes , helping them build important life skills while creating positive, engaging learning experiences. If you're someone who enjoys working with children, wants flexible hours, and is passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As a Behavioral Technician for Autism at Adventure ABA, you'll work closely with children and families to help develop communication, social, and life skills. Your sessions will take place in the client's home , where you'll use play-based learning and structured activities to help children reach important milestones. Every session is an opportunity to build meaningful connections while helping children grow toward greater independence.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit on the floor for extended periods of time
- CPR certified or ability to become CPR certified upon offer of employment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive between client homes in the San Tan Valley area
- Positive attitude, empathy, and reliability
