About The Position

United Flow Technologies is a platform established in July 2021 to invest in the municipal and industrial water and wastewater market. UFT has partnered with market leading businesses to create a national provider of process, pump, automation & control, and other equipment solutions. And we’re just getting started making strategic partnerships to provide clean water across the country! We are hiring a Talent and People Benefits Administrator to join our growing Talent and People team in Irving, Texas. This role will play a critical part in supporting a rapidly expanding, multi‑state workforce across the UFT platform of companies. As we scale, this position offers hands‑on ownership, cross‑company exposure, and the opportunity to help build efficient, compliant benefits processes in a high‑growth environment. The ideal candidate thrives in change, is highly organized, and brings a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset to benefits administration. This position is in the office Monday - Friday during core business hours.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR and Benefits experience is required.
  • Experience processing benefits for multi-state employees.
  • Experience using HRIS and Benefits systems.
  • Experience creating and running reports in HRIS/ Benefits systems.
  • Very strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on-site five days a week in Irving, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, leave programs, and wellness initiatives
  • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and within required timelines
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolution
  • Educate employees on benefit options, eligibility, and enrollment processes
  • Support annual open enrollment planning, execution, and employee communications
  • Coordinate with benefits brokers, carriers, and third‑party administrators to resolve issues and ensure service quality
  • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate benefit records in HRIS and benefits platforms
  • Prepare and support required audits, reports, and filings
  • Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes, systems, and employee experience
  • Support benefits projects and initiatives, including new program implementation or system upgrades
