We are excited to announce a full-time, Benefits Implementation Supervisor opportunity! In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the benefits department, sales, client success, and retention by leading and coordinating the setup of the benefits administration platform and ensuring the successful implementation of client’s employee benefits programs through our platform. Identifies learning paths and trains department team members on the benefits administration platform. Initiates and oversees the setup of new client’s information in the benefits system to ensure accuracy. Ensures quality control of error reporting generated through data transfers using API, EDI, and SFTP protocols. Reviews and collaborates with business stakeholders to resolve errors related to payroll deductions and benefits administration data transfers. Performs data cleansing, preparation, and visualization tasks to ensure data accuracy and identify trends. Conducts quality checks by cross-referencing internal reports and vendor-provided data to ensure accuracy. Ensures that data is structured and formatted to support complex processes and system integrations, enabling seamless data exchanges. Collaborates with internal teams (Benefits, Payroll, IT, and Product) and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies and enhance data quality. Proposes data visualizations to communicate trends, errors, and opportunities for process improvement to stakeholders. Designs and implements custom tools or processes to address unique operational challenges where existing solutions do not meet the needs of benefits administration or payroll environments. Supervises the analysis and implementation of process improvements based on data trends and error patterns. Proposes data-driven solutions to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the benefits implementation and administration process through the benefits administration platform. Conducts audits within the benefits system to ensure accurate account setups. Supports the leadership team regarding prospect assignments, systems data entry, report generation, and participant enrollment. Tracks the progress of assigned benefits implementations in HubSpot. Reviews and collaborates with the benefits implementation team on the implementation of client-sponsored plan renewals. Supervises the implementation of new groups and renewals with open market and client-sponsored carriers. Documents Standard Operating Procedures and training resources for the various workflows and responsibilities of the Benefits Implementation and Benefits Implementation Analyst team. Assists the Benefits Implementation and Operations teams by troubleshooting and resolving system and setup issues. #LI-AC1
