According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the incumbent administers all benefit plans/programs, implements communications, advises employees on programs, and serves as a subject matter expert on the health & welfare benefit programs for N^^. The incumbent will: Provides leadership in process and execution of the Company’s benefits strategy, serving as a subject matter expert in benefit operations Coordinate the implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's health & welfare benefits programs. Administer policies and programs to promote overall employee well-being. Oversee Retirement, Leave & Accommodation, and Workers’ Compensation programs.
