About The Position

Effectively and efficiently provide beverage service and make change for Guests in assigned areas while maintaining Title 31 requirements. Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training. Handle Guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner. Responsible for slot floor, hand pays, minor machine repairs, currency and coin exchange, beverage service to Guests and players card signups. Follow all Title 31 procedures. Observe and safeguard assets of the Company.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
• Basic math and money handling skills
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule
• Have complete knowledge of all cocktails, wines and beers, as well as proper glassware, pricing and garnishes
• Must be willing and prepared to help out where needed, such as: bartending, hosting, food serving or cashiering
• Maintain understanding and awareness of the Boarding Pass program, issue new players cards, and reprint player's card upon request from a Guest
• Be aware and updated on all upcoming events and promotions and promote enrollment on the slot floor by recruiting new player's card sign-ups
