About The Position
We are engaged with a reputable and growing multi -specialty medical practice in Chicago to recruit a highly qualified Bilingual Physician Assistant (PA) and Nurse practitioner to support their expanding clinical operations. The Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with supervising physicians to provide comprehensive clinical care to both pediatric and adult patient populations. Key responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, performing appropriate medical procedures, and ensuring continuity of care in alignment with established clinical standards. This role is well suited for a PA/NP who is fluent in English and Spanish and demonstrates a strong commitment to culturally responsive, patient -centered healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of clinical experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred.
- Active Illinois Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensure required.
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Nursing, or a related healthcare field required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Strong clinical judgment with a comprehensive understanding of patient care principles, accompanied by a commitment to continuous learning and compassionate service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast -paced clinical environment, with adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a consistent focus on optimizing patient outcomes.
