About The Position

We are partnering with an established and expanding multi-specialty medical practice in Chicago to identify a skilled Bilingual Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their growing clinical team. In this position, the PA/NP will work in close coordination with supervising physicians to deliver comprehensive care to both pediatric and adult patients. Responsibilities include performing patient evaluations, formulating and managing treatment plans, carrying out clinical procedures within scope of practice, and maintaining continuity of care in accordance with established medical protocols. This opportunity is ideal for a bilingual (English/Spanish) provider who is passionate about delivering culturally competent, patient-centered care and contributing to a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (preferred).
  • IL PA or FNP licensure (required).
  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
  • A deep understanding of patient care, a desire to keep learning, and a commitment to unfiltered compassion.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt on the fly while keeping patient outcomes front and center.

Nice To Haves
