About The Position

Sun Com Mobile is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Training Content
Specialist to support the development of training materials, internal training
communications, and engaging content for our store teams and leaders.

This role focuses on designing clear, engaging learning experiences and
documentation that help employees understand new processes, programs, and
expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to translate complex
information into simple, effective training and communication content for a
fast-paced retail environment.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this role will support
training initiatives for bilingual field teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of experience in content development, training, communications, or instructional design.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience creating training materials such as guides, SOPs, scripts, or learning modules.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Teams, and internal content and LMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials for new hire and existing employees, leadership development, and operational processes.
• Develop learning resources including training guides, SOPs, job aids, micro-learning content, and quick reference materials.
• Write scripts for training videos, audio announcements, and learning modules.
• Translate operational changes into clear, easy-to-understand training content for field teams.
• Ensure training content remains accurate, updated, and aligned with company processes.
• Partner with other departments to understand new processes and convert them into effective learning content.
• Review feedback and training results to continuously improve content clarity and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve documentation for field teams.
