About The Position

Position Summary To support the functions of In Vitro Fertilization department by coordinating the billing and financial services for patients and physicians.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in professional fee/office practice billing.
• Coding experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Math skills.
• Ability to operate general office equipment and computers.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel software.
• Ability to work well under pressure, tolerate frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.
• Ability to set priorities, effective problem solving of complex situations, organized.

Nice To Haves

• Previous reproductive endocrine and/or OB/GYN billing preferred.
• Managed care experience preferred.
