About The Position

We are looking for a qualified, motivated individual to join our company as a Blow Mold Technician. Follow all Environmental and Safety Rules Read and follow Standard Work Instructions Complete quality inspection of parts Operation of Blow Mold Presses Perform assembly of product as directed Complete minor maintenance of presses. Follow established procedures to reject nonconforming products Complete daily production activity log Processing machines Maintain a clean work area Move finished product Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience is preferred, but not required
• Good hand/eye dexterity and ability to cross-train
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing and/or walking for extended periods
• Perform repetitive motion activities
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions
• Experience in using diverse types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
• Self-motivated with results-driven approach
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Follow escalation rules
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience in plastic injection molding environment a plus, but not required
