The Bonfire Food Server is responsible for providing a high standard of guest service in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides food and beverage service in a faced-paced, steakhouse style restaurant. Remains knowledgeable on all food and beverage offerings, including wine selection and pairing options reviewing daily changes to the menu and specials. Greets guests, taking drink and food orders in a timely manner, accurately entering orders into the POS system. Delivers guest’s orders, ensuring accuracy and quality of product being served. Monitors guest needs on a continual basis. Busses tables throughout guests dining experience and prepares tables for turnover. Maintains cleanliness and organization of restaurant and lounge area. Completes side duties as assigned, ensuring all areas are prepped and ready for the next shift. Safeguards Three Rivers Casino assets and balances assigned bank accurately. Closely follows the F&B department health and personal hygiene policy. Other duties as directed by management. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, Team Members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can occasionally reach a high level for short periods of time.
