About The Position

Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and customer requirements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assist with special projects as needed. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Operate necessary tools and equipment (e.g., forklifts, hand trucks, banding machines) safely and competently. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Sumter facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position. Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, box line, and/or paint line experience. Must be able to operate fork trucks, hand trucks, hand carts, hand tools, banding machine, scales, safety equipment, etc. Some experience in assembly operation, sheet metal fabrication or assembly requiring drawings or diagrams is preferred. Position Criteria: Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive skills, and analytical problem-solving skills Work with individuals and groups to effectively participate within team environment
