About The Position

Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Supervises and coordinates activities of managers/team members engaged in delivery, warehouse, and sales activities for the vending business. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do. Recruit, train, and supervise the management team. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Visit accounts and clients to maintain good relations and react to any comments, suggestions, or concerns for the purpose of account retention; actively pursues pricing goals. Schedules and modifies route structure to improve productivity and control overtime compensation, as well as controlling employee scheduling so that employees are allowed their requested days off, and the operation has sufficient labor each day for service obligations. Schedules regular meetings with managers and fosters open lines of communication with direct reports. Ensure the proper handling of perishable foods, inventory controls both in the field and trucks; as well as analyzing financial reports to determine profitability and opportunities to improve ROI. Secures necessary vehicles for route service personnel and insures proper maintenance of fleet vehicles. Oversees and manages safety program and is responsible for safety performance of the Team. Responsible for the development and training of team members. Develop key departmental and individual KPI metrics that support the company’s performance goals. Hold team members accountable to meeting metrics and utilize data to drive continuous improvement. Continuously align profitability performance targets within defined program standards in collaboration with Executive Leadership. Build partnerships with suppliers and customers to deliver world class customer experience. Manage the branch budget and ensure financial goals are met by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-control measures. Continuous communication with the General Manager with business updates and progress.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and approved driving record
  • 5 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office programs
