About The Position

We have an immediate opening for a Branch Manager to lead the staff and ensure the branch operates smoothly each day. In this role, you will work closely with the branch management team to develop and implement plans that drive performance, ensure staff are properly trained and supported, and deliver efficient, friendly, and accurate service to our members. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional, well-organized branch environment that is properly supplied and balanced daily.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, flexible, and comfortable making decisions.
• You should be highly motivated, enjoy working with a team, and have strong leadership and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of credit union policies and procedures is important, as is the ability to guide and support staff in a positive and effective way.
