About The Position

Make a difference. As a Branch Supervisor, you will build new and strengthen existing customer relationships by promoting the Company's products and services to maximize sales and gross margin. In this role you will: Develop and maintain counter area through effective inventory management and strategic product placement Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and Company's customer service policy Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and Company objectives Provide or establish training plan for all employees at location Schedule, plan, and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers. What you bring to the table:

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required: Some business experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
• Ability to interface with all levels of both external (customers and suppliers) and internal (employees and management) customers
• Ability to manage, motivate, and influence others to achieve the branch's established objectives
• Some travel required

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of experience preferred: Past supervisory or management experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance positions
• 4 year degree preferred: Business, management, administration, or finance
