About The Position
Your opportunity as BRAND ACTIVATOR (F /M /D) includes supporting our project managers in their daily business of event management, product handling, brand induction, hospitality & guest management, retail, catering, sales and brand marketing. You would be one of our 300 talents who are our representatives for our activations and play an essential role within our company. In your role you will... Be part. Represent act.3 and our partners at World Cup 2026. Support. Take an active part at exciting events: from set-up, and various on-site support during the event to tear-down, such as fairs, Roadshows, Hospitality- & Guest Programs, Accreditation, staff events and many more. Assist. Support the sample management for our partner during the season. Commit. Act as a sales assistant for various assignments at the events. Boost. Work as a sports host and be the point of contact during the daily sessions and at events. Unite . Assist our catering team in setting-up caterings and serve our guests Coordinate . Carry out products and marketing seedings.
Requirements
- You’re a student or early-career talent with an energetic mindset — ready to support brand activations alongside your main occupation.
- You have a passion for sports, culture and sustainability and identify yourself with the values of act.3.
- You are driven to create real change in people’s lives.
- You are fluent in one or both languages: German & English. You would describe yourself as open-minded.
- You have time to work the next months during the EURO 2024.
- You work reliably, proactively and independently.
- You are a team player and want to be part of a young and diverse team, that combines work and fun.
Responsibilities
