We are seeking a Brand Management Summer (June - August) Intern to support our Luxury Team. This internship is designed for someone who is passionate about brand strategy, retail and consumer trends, and luxury, who wants hands-on experience working in the core of luxury brands and maximizing business opportunity. The Brand Management, Luxury / Premium brands intern will work closely with the team to support core functions of brand management. With exposure to day-to-day management of globally recognized brands, you will help the team stay organized and informed, ensuring key management processes are moving efficiently. This intern will report to the Manager of Commercial Strategy within the Luxury / Premium division of Authentic.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled university student, pursing a bachelor's degree in business.
  • Available to work up to 20 hours per week.
  • Able to work onsite in our NYC office.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Strong interest in luxury brands, licensing, retail and brand strategy
  • Detail oriented
  • Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding workflows for new partners by organizing documents, tracking required deliverables and maintaining accurate files and folders for internal reference.
  • Support the collection and organization of sales reports, royalty reporting, forecasts and performance updates. Maintain trackers and assist in analyzing business trends to support planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct research on luxury market trends, competitive activity, distribution opportunities, retail presence and category whitespace to support brand growth initiatives.
  • Utilizing proprietary Authentic AI to create imagery for innovative big ideas.
  • Support the Luxury Brand Management team in day-to-day partner communication and internal follow-up. Help prepare meeting notes, track action items, maintain partner recaps and ensure requests are routed to the appropriate internal teams, including marketing, product merchandising, legal, finance, and PR.
