About The Position

Gulfstream’s brand marketing team is seeking a motivated marketing or business student interested in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with brand and marketing team members on initiatives involving customer acquisition, retention, digital marketing and merchandising. This is an in-person internship beginning Fall 2026 through Spring 2027.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a similar field
  • Graduation date must be during or after May 2027 (must have finished sophomore year)
  • Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week (40 hours is preferred)
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Must be punctual and trustworthy with a get-it-done attitude
  • Must be a team player who has demonstrated the ability to develop strong relationships
  • Must be willing to work independently or in teams, depending on the project or task
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
  • Juniors – 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students – 1 rotation.
  • Minimum duration: 12–14 weeks (summer); 14–16 weeks (spring and fall).
  • Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience with CRM or marketing automation applications is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide campaign development and advertising support—including planning and research, analysis and reporting
  • Assist with vendor management in collaboration with procurement and contracts teams
  • Support CRM, marketing automation systems and data management activities
  • Help with inventory management, shipping and warehouse support
  • Administrative and other tasks, as assigned
