About The Position

Morgan Properties is seeking a college student to intern with our Brand Marketing department for the Summer of 2026. Our Brand Marketing Intern will gain experience in a fast-paced environment with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities.
This is a paid internship starting on May 18th and ending August 7th. This position is based out of one of our corporate offices in Conshohocken, PA or Victor, NY with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. The in-office days are Monday-Thursday, with Friday being the option to work remotely.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited University or College.
• Academic standing as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior.
• Process toward bachelor’s or master’s degrees in communications/Public Relations/Marketing required.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency (emphasizing Excel).
• Knowledge of CC software: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)
• Online portfolio showcasing a range of design projects created mainly in InDesign
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography
• Strong knowledge of current design trends
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and motivated.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a diverse group of talented individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of visual assets for marketing, leasing, and recruitment materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, flyers, presentations, and signage.
• Support projects that attract prospective residents, promote internal engagement, and enhance employer branding for recruiting new team members.
• Collaborate with designers, brand, and communication partners to ensure creative work aligns with brand standards, messaging, and project timelines.
• Help manage design files, updates, and revisions while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world creative environment
