About The Position

We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to drive client acquisition, build strategic relationships with brands, and grow revenue through collaborations between brands and creators. This role focuses on identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with brands across fashion, lifestyle, music, and culture, while ensuring successful execution of campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, sales, or influencer marketing.
  • Proven experience in closing deals and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of creator/influencer ecosystems and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, music, and digital culture.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and creators.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Acquisition & Outreach
  • Identify and prospect potential brand partners across relevant industries.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry networks.
  • Pitch the platform’s value proposition to brands for influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
  • Partnership Development
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand clients.
  • Understand brand marketing goals and translate them into campaign opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and contract terms.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and partnership targets.
  • Campaign Strategy & Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal talent/creator teams to match brands with suitable creators.
  • Work with campaign managers to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
  • Ensure brand requirements, guidelines, and expectations are clearly communicated.
  • Client Onboarding & Management
  • Onboard new brand clients onto the platform.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution teams.
  • Set expectations, timelines, and campaign workflows.
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Stay updated on industry trends in influencer marketing, fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging brand categories.
  • Monitor competitors and market positioning.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Provide post-campaign reports and insights to brands.
  • Use data to improve future pitches and partnerships.
