About The Position

Join Sanco and help shape the voice of our brand! We’re seeking a Marketing & CRM Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, while supporting our CRM implementation. This role will play a key part in strengthening our brand and improving customer engagement. The ideal candidate brings a blend of skills in marketing, CRM expertise, and graphic design, who thrives in a collaborative and evolving environment.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in marketing and CRM administration.
• Experience supporting or implementing CRM systems preferred.
• Strong graphic design and content creation skills is a plus.
• Experience with digital marketing advertising.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for each Sanco division.
• Create engaging content and marketing materials (videos, graphics, print, swag).
• Manage digital channels: social media, email, website, and SharePoint.
• Plan and run advertising campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid social, occasional print/billboard).
• Coordinate trade shows and promotional events.
• Maintain and evolve our brand voice and identity.
• Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of CRM systems.
• Partners with key stakeholders to improve CRM adoption and effectiveness.
• Develop reporting dashboards and track marketing and sales performance metrics.
