About The Position

Every great dining experience begins with a great welcome—and that’s where you come in. As our Buffet Host/Cashier, you’ll be the friendly face that greets guests, sets the vibe, and gets them excited for a delicious visit. You’ll help keep the energy flowing by greeting guests, managing seating, and making sure everyone feels taken care of from the moment they arrive. This is a perfect role for someone who loves interacting with people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a fun team-focused atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Previous cash handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, verify any applicable comps, points, or rewards, and efficiently process payment transactions using the POS system.
• Assess party size and any special seating requests, coordinating with the team to guide guests to their tables.
• Express appreciation to guests as they depart, assisting with any final inquiries or needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cashier station, dining area, and service stations.
• Greet guests with a warm smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and escort them to their seats.
