Requirements

  • 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, calendar management, or administration work for executive/upper-level management.
  • 3+ years of proficiency using Microsoft productivity tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and experience using OneNote, SharePoint, Teams or similar collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing budgets for events, travel, and training.
  • Prior mentorship, management, or lead EA experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools (Employee Central/HeadTrax, MS Expense Tool, MS Travel, iCIMS, MyOrder).
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professionalism, sound judgment, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Effective teamwork and relationship-building across diverse groups.
  • Experience supporting executives in fast-paced corporate environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic/international travel for multiple leaders
  • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders and understand business priorities to optimize leaders’ time
  • Organize and support meetings, events, conferences, and team activities, including logistics and materials
  • Collaborate with Chief of Staff, Lead EA, peer EAs, and Business Operations to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Support business operations: budget management, reviews, leadership meetings, and team-wide events
  • Foster team morale and participate in admin and business operations communities
  • Exercise sound judgment with confidential information and ensure timely, accurate communication Represent the team and Microsoft professionally to internal and external partners
  • Manage headcount, space, and reporting using internal tools; coordinate office moves as needed
  • Mentor administrators and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment
