Jimerson Birr is looking for a Business Analyst to help our practice groups run more effectively. This is a detail-oriented, analytical role for someone who can translate what the numbers are saying into clear, actionable insights — and communicate them to the people who need them most. What You’ll Do Monitor and report on key performance indicators — track SLA compliance, workload distribution, and workflow efficiency across practice groups. Maintain data quality in dashboards and scorecards: ensure inputs are timely, accurate, and decision-ready . Analyze operational data to surface trends, flag risks, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Document processes clearly: create SOPs, job aids, and workflow maps that capture how work gets done and how it should get done. Support leadership with crisp, factual reporting: status updates, risk summaries, and performance snapshots. Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring issues and document findings with clear, evidence-based recommendations. Assist with quality assurance by sampling workflows and outputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. Collaborate with operations and leadership to translate goals into measurable outcomes and track progress.
