Business Analyst - Only for Texas Residents - State Government Project Position - Contract - Austin, Texas (Remote)---Locals Only Required Skills 8 years Skilled in eliciting business and technical requirements 8 years Skilled in communicating complex design and technical issues, as well as writing business cases and planning documents 8 years Skilled in effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills 8 years Skilled in gathering input, formulating a plan, and carrying it to fruition 8 years Skilled in providing exceptional follow-through and customer service 8+ years of experience performing complex business analysis independently, using sound judgment and creativity. At least 5 years acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. Strong background in data analysis, requirements gathering, and technology understanding. PMP or project management experience is a strong plus.
