A Technical Consultant will work as part of a team helping clients get maximum value from monday.com and the Atlassian product suite - including Jira, Confluence, and related productivity technologies such as Slack. This role bridges two ecosystems: serving as a primary delivery resource for monday.com professional services engagements while also contributing to Atlassian-based work when client demand requires it. Day-to-day work spans requirements discovery, solution design, hands-on implementation, system integration, and process automation - ranging from configuring monday.com workflows and boards to Atlassian upgrades, migrations, and scripted solutions. The role includes active participation in presales: contributing to scoping conversations, effort estimates, proposals, and platform demos for a range of client stakeholders. Staying current across both ecosystems - monday.com, Atlassian, and adjacent tools - is a natural and expected part of the position.
