About The Position

CUAnswers is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Business Continuity Coordinator to support and strengthen our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs. This role plays a key part in developing, maintaining, and coordinating documentation and recovery efforts across the organization, our partners, and client credit unions. What You’ll Do Develop, maintain, and publish Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documentation Create procedural guides, policies, templates, flowcharts, and reports Assist with planning, coordinating, and documenting rollover and recovery events Gather and consolidate information from staff, vendors, and clients into BC/DR plans Support project coordination for internal initiatives and client engagements Schedule meetings, track project progress, and follow up on action items Apply independent judgment to manage competing priorities and sensitive information What You Bring High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience 1–2 years of office experience, preferably in IT or business continuity Associate degree in a business or IT-related field preferred Strong project management, organization, and documentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Familiarity with basic information security and system recovery concepts is a plus Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients Willingness to travel as needed (locally and nationally) Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record Regular and reliable attendance Why You’ll Love Working With Us Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunities to grow your skills A meaningful role supporting credit unions and their communities Work with cutting-edge technology in a growing organization What is CUAnswers? Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–2 years of office experience, preferably in IT or business continuity
  • Strong project management, organization, and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
