You will be responsible for securing contracts, generating billable hours, building referral relationships, and ensuring successful client onboarding. Key Performance Objectives (KPOs) within the first 6-12 months on the job Generate Billable Hours Achieve 160 billable hours per month from referral sources after a three-month ramp-up period. Sign up new clients for care services Build and Nurture Referral Relationships Establish and maintain referral relationships that result in signing up 2-3 new clients per week and generating 30-50 billable hours per week, by month 4 Acquire referrals that convert into signed clients, contributing to the overall growth and success of CareWorks Health Services. Collaborate with the Caregiving Team: Ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction by collaborating closely with the caregiving team. Requirements

Sales Acumen: Proven track record in business development and sales, particularly in the healthcare or home care sector.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, clients, and internal teams.
