If you care about creative work that actually moves people, learn more at jpixx.com. Jpixx is hiring our first dedicated outbound sales hire to help us proactively grow new business. We’ve grown for over a decade through referrals and reputation. Now, we’re ready to build a more intentional outbound sales engine — and we’re looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations, and selling creative solutions. This is not a marketing role and not an account manager role. This is a new business / hunter role. You’ll partner directly with the founders and production team to bring in new opportunities and help shape how we sell. This Role Is a Fit If You: Enjoy outbound prospecting and starting new conversations Are comfortable building pipeline from scratch Have experience selling services or ideas (creative, marketing, media, SaaS, consulting, etc.) Like working in a small, collaborative environment Want to help build something — not step into a rigid corporate system

Requirements

  • 1–5+ years in sales or business development
  • Experience selling services (not just products)
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently and manage your own pipeline

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with creative or video environments
  • Comfort with longer sales cycles
  • Familiarity with government or regulated industries

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify and reach out to potential commercial, nonprofit, and government clients
  • Use email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking to generate meetings
  • Build and manage an active pipeline
  • Discovery & Sales Conversations
  • Lead discovery calls
  • Present Jpixx’s capabilities and approach clearly
  • Understand client goals and align creative solutions
  • Proposal & Deal Support
  • Collaborate with producers and owners on project scope
  • Support proposals and estimates
  • Negotiate budgets and timelines
  • Close new business ethically and professionally
  • Early Relationship Management
  • Maintain communication through kickoff
  • Ensure smooth handoff to production
  • Identify future or ongoing opportunities
