Grey Matter, a software reseller and cloud service provider devoted to developers and technology-led companies, is currently seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill a Business Development Manager position within our US sales team. The purpose of this role is to drive the growth of Grey Matter’s mapping business by expanding sales and adoption of our three core mapping providers—HERE Technologies, TomTom, and Azure Maps—with a primary focus on HERE Technologies. The role is responsible for generating new business, nurturing customer relationships, and strengthening strategic partnerships with key vendors. Success involves building and managing a strong sales pipeline, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting Grey Matter’s mapping solutions through events, demonstrations, training, and ongoing evangelism. The position plays a central part in deepening Grey Matter’s relationship with HERE Technologies while increasing market awareness, customer engagement, and revenue across our mapping portfolio. As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of a successful sales team, proactively developing, managing, and growing sales and relationships with new clients and partners. You will have a can-do attitude, providing excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to; prospecting and onboarding new clients, identifying new opportunities, building vendor relationships, supporting clients and partners to onboard, and hitting individual and team sales targets.
