About The Position

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by turning market insights into meaningful conversations. As the first point of contact for many of our target accounts, you’ll help shape the future of healthcare SaaS while learning advanced outbound prospecting techniques. This role offers autonomy, learning opportunities, and the chance to develop your skills in a collaborative environment alongside experienced sales and marketing leaders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound prospecting as a BDR/SDR
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence on calls with a bias toward action

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with 6sense, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot preferred
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS or RCM is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Research, prioritize, and engage healthcare prospects using 6sense, LinkedIn, and HubSpot
  • Craft and execute personalized outbound outreach via email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inboard and outbound leads using established criteria, ensuring smooth handoff to sales team
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team and nurture early-stage opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and strategy
  • Track activity and results in HubSpot, testing approaches to improve performance
  • Success in this role will be measured by qualified meetings booked, pipeline generated, and consistent outbound activity.
