About The Position

As our Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of identifying, generating, and nurturing leads to accelerate our pipeline. You'll play a pivotal role in elevating Dexerto's brand presence across the UK and USA, working hand-in-hand with the Head of Sales and our global sales team. Your mission: to forge immediate and long-term relationships with brands and agencies, driving revenue opportunities and growth for Dexerto.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role, with agency-side or publisher-side experience being a bonus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of esports, gaming, and influencer cultures.
  • Creativity & Strategy: Ability to think creatively and sell strategically.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
  • Drive & Passion: A strong desire to win and continually develop personally and professionally.
  • Proactivity: Enthusiastic about proposing ideas, giving feedback, and finding solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Digital Media Savvy: Familiarity with digital media and agency/brand relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new and existing client leads, pitching to media agencies and brands.
  • Strategic Outreach: Develop creative strategies to engage prospective clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and contacts.
  • Client Relations: Build and sustain excellent relationships with clients and partners.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Dexerto with integrity and in-depth industry knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams globally across product, content, sales, marketing, media planning, and creative.
  • Adaptability: Quickly learn new systems and platforms to stay ahead in the evolving digital media landscape.
