Cleanleaf Energy is looking for a Business Development Sales Director with a hunter’s mindset – someone who isn’t afraid to hit the phones, knock on doors (real or virtual), and open new opportunities for our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in the solar PV and BESS sectors. We’re looking for a high-energy, highly motivated individual who can build a strong pipeline from scratch, create lasting customer relationships, and close deals that move the needle. This role is made for someone who thrives on the grind – identifying new prospects, developing value-driven proposals, and winning new business through sheer drive, industry knowledge, and persuasive salesmanship. This position will report to the VP of Business Development.
