Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a small BDC team to maximize lead conversion and appointment setting
  • Ensure 100%+ of inbound leads are followed up with
  • Assist with inbound calls, internet leads, and customer communication
  • Coordinate appointments between customers and sales team efficiently
  • Support BDC Director with deal flow and desking tasks
  • Track team performance metrics and help your team hit goals
  • Maintain a professional and positive experience for every customer
