This position is for high school graduates pursuing a business degree and currently enrolled in college or current college students majoring in a business-related field with at least two years remaining in their studies. The Business Intern will have opportunities to gain practical experience in various departments across the bank. The assistant will rotate based on the needs of both the bank and the individual, allowing exposure to multiple functions such as retail banking, operations, human resources, marketing, credit, and more. This part-time, paid internship supports the intern’s academic growth and future career development while helping students understand and engage with the banking industry. The assistant will contribute meaningfully to their assigned departments while representing the values of Central Bank of the Ozarks. The intern will also serve as ambassadors of the program and may be asked to assist in recruitment efforts, attend community and internal events, and share their experience to promote future participation in the internship and scholarship program. This opportunity is part of a scholarship/internship initiative designed to support local high school graduates pursuing a business degree, or current college students majoring in a business-related field with at least two years remaining in their studies. The ultimate goal is to invest in the next generation of business professionals and encourage future employment with Central Bank of the Ozarks or within Central Bancompany.
