About The Position

As an Individual Contributor, this role leads complex analysis, develops advanced insights, and drives strategic initiatives that improve organizational performance and effectiveness. The role partners with senior leaders, cross‑functional teams, and stakeholders to shape planning decisions, optimize operations, and support sustainable business outcomes across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics, economics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business planning, strategy development, analytics, reporting, project leadership, or related professional experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and expertise with business intelligence tools (such as tableau/power bi)
  • Process improvement, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, customer experience, and teamwork.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in business analytics, data visualization, deductive reasoning, project management, and technology acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative working style are required, along with sound judgment, problem solving capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Advisory Support: Leads analysis of business strategies, operating models, and performance drivers to inform enterprise and functional planning efforts. Synthesizes research and insights to shape recommendations that align initiatives with organizational priorities, financial objectives, and long‑term strategy.
  • Business Analytics and Performance Insights: Leads the development and interpretation of advanced analytics, metrics, and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. Translates complex data into clear insights, reports, and presentations that influence senior‑level decision‑making and evaluate cost, benefit, and performance impact.
  • Project and Initiative Leadership: Leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives by defining scope, coordinating resources, and guiding execution activities from planning through implementation. Ensures alignment across stakeholders, proactively manages risks, and delivers outcomes that support strategic objectives.
  • Reporting, Governance, and Compliance Enablement: Leads the preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports supporting governance forums, executive leadership, and key stakeholders. Ensures analytical practices align with applicable regulatory requirements, internal controls, and industry best practices.
  • Systems, Tools, and Process Optimization: Leads the analysis of business systems, analytical tools, and workflows to identify process improvements and efficiency gains. Partners with technology and operational teams to recommend and implement solutions that strengthen data integrity, scalability, and insight generation.
