Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in experience in business administration, business analytics or similar field.
  • Two (2) years analytical and problem solving experience
  • Must be bondable

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year process design, development, and facilitation experience
  • Process Improvement certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including gathering, interpreting, and synthesizing data to evaluate and improve business processes while driving standardization and consistency.
  • Proficiency in process improvement and project management methodologies, with the ability to manage moderately complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with team members, leaders, and vendors and document processes, procedures, and business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support change initiatives, facilitate process improvement efforts, resolve issues, and maintain composure in high-stress situations.
  • Solid technical aptitude, including working knowledge of enterprise business systems, Microsoft Office products, digital tools, and data analysis or process automation technologies, while maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.

Responsibilities

  • To evaluate, design, and continuously improve business processes with a Member-first focus.
  • This includes researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, and system requirements.
  • The analyst translates business requirements into functional system requirements for appropriate implementation.
  • Serve multiple business units across the organization by leading assigned projects and process improvements, and managing assigned project tasks and escalated support tasks; maintaining focus on Member and team member experience and alignment with business strategy.
