We are seeking an experienced Business Process Program Manager to own and operate our enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) platform, serving as the system administrator, program lead, and enablement owner. This role is responsible for managing and scaling the BPM ecosystem (e.g., ARIS), ensuring platform stability, governance, reporting, user adoption, and continuous improvement—while evaluating and integrating emerging AI‑enabled BPM and process mining capabilities. The ideal candidate blends process architecture expertise, technical platform administration, program management, and change enablement, and can partner effectively with business, IT, and data/AI teams. This role is critical to enabling enterprise transparency, operational efficiency, and scalable transformation. By owning the BPM platform and program, the Business Process Program Manager ensures that processes are accurate, governed, measurable, and ready for automation and AI‑driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Architecture, or Digital Transformation
  • Hands‑on experience administering a BPM platform (e.g., ARIS or equivalent enterprise BPM tools)
  • Strong understanding of process modeling frameworks and notations (e.g., VACD, EPC, BPMN)
  • Experience developing BPM standards, governance models, and enterprise process repositories
  • Proven ability to work across business and technical teams and influence without authority
  • Enterprise mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical, structured problem‑solver
  • Strong communication and executive‑level storytelling skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution
  • Passion for continuous improvement and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

  • BPM Platform Ownership & System Administration Serve as primary system administrator for the BPM platform (e.g., ARIS), including: User access, roles, permissions, and license management Configuration of model types, object types, attributes, templates, and methods Platform health monitoring, issue triage, and vendor coordination Manage platform environments, releases, patches, and upgrades in coordination with IT and software vendors Maintain platform security, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards
  • BPM Program & Governance Management Own and evolve the enterprise BPM program, including standards, conventions, and governance processes Establish and maintain an enterprise process model framework and Business Process Master Library Facilitate BPM governance forums or councils to ensure model quality, consistency, and reuse Define KPIs and success metrics to measure BPM adoption, quality, and business impact
  • Reporting, Analytics & Insights Develop and maintain standard and custom BPM reports (e.g., model inventory, coverage, ownership, risks, compliance) Support executive‑level dashboards and analytics by integrating BPM data with BI tools where appropriate Partner with stakeholders to translate process data into actionable insights for transformation and optimization
  • Training, Enablement & Community Building Design and deliver BPM training programs (introductory, advanced, role‑based) for business users, modelers, and stakeholders Create and maintain BPM enablement materials, job aids, and onboarding content Act as a coach and mentor to the BPM modeling community, promoting best practices and continuous learning Drive adoption and engagement through user forums, office hours, and community events
  • Continuous Improvement & AI Enablement Evaluate and pilot AI‑enabled BPM capabilities, such as: Process mining and discovery Automated insights, recommendations, and compliance checks AI‑assisted modeling, analysis, or documentation Partner with data science, AI, and IT teams to assess feasibility, value, and scalability of new capabilities Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce cost, and increase process transparency through BPM and AI
  • Cross‑Functional Program Leadership Act as the primary BPM liaison between business units, IT, enterprise architecture, data/AI teams, and external vendors Support enterprise transformation initiatives by ensuring processes are clearly documented, governed, and ready for change Manage BPM‑related initiatives as formal programs or projects, including scope, timeline, risks, and stakeholder communication
