Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business process improvement, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Clear and effective communication with people at all levels
  • Project planning and organizational strengths
  • Experience facilitating workshops or group sessions
  • Understanding of business process modeling and improvement
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve key business processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Develop and implement practical solutions that align with ASML’s strategic goals.
  • Monitor process changes and measure their effectiveness over time.
  • Support teams in adopting new ways of working and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and shared understanding.
  • Report progress and outcomes to leaders and contribute to decision-making.
