The Business Solutions Representative supports West Carolina’s business customers by identifying needs, recommending solutions, and managing sales and support for security, VoIP, internet, and related business services. Works with outside sales and internal teams to ensure accurate delivery and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage ongoing accounts.
