We are looking for a strategic and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Strategy Analyst. The Business Strategy Analyst will serve as a business-facing analyst supporting sales, marketing, and go-to-market initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing performance, identifying trends, and translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for leaders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to independently pull and synthesize data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis and modeling
  • Experience independently pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Background in marketing analytics, sales analytics, or business analysis
  • Experience supporting sales or go-to-market teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Exposure to BI or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience in benefits administration, HR technology, or SaaS environments

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales, marketing, and go-to-market performance to identify trends and opportunities
  • Evaluate marketing funnel effectiveness, campaign outcomes, and win/loss results
  • Independently source, analyze, and synthesize data from Salesforce, Excel, SQL-based sources, and external market data
  • Translate data into clear insights, stories, and recommendations for business leaders
  • Support strategic initiatives such as campaign measurement, market research, and growth analysis
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and sales operations teams to support decision-making
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis to leadership as new business questions arise
